透湿防水シート施工

外壁の透湿防水シート施工が完了致しました。

透湿防水シートは、

「建物外部からの雨水侵入を防ぐ」

「壁体内に生じる湿気を外部に逃がす」

という役割がございます。

室内の湿気を逃がすのは、結露防止に繋がります。

 

室内も徐々に工事が進んでおります。

ユニットバスの施工も完了致しました。
